At Shimmer Me, we understand that plans can change, and we want to make the order cancellation process as smooth as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation Window:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, orders may already be processed and shipped.

How to Cancel:
- To cancel your order, please email us at info@shimmerme.org with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
- If the order has not yet been processed, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Processed Orders:
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the items after delivery.

Custom Orders:
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed, as production may begin immediately.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
