Order Cancellation Policy for Shimmer Me

At Shimmer Me, we understand that plans can change, and we want to make the order cancellation process as smooth as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation Guidelines

1. Cancellation Window:

   • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, orders may already be processed and shipped.

2. How to Cancel:

   • To cancel your order, please email us at info@shimmerme.org with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
   • If the order has not yet been processed, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund.

3. Processed Orders:

   • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the items after delivery.

4. Custom Orders:

   • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed, as production may begin immediately.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
