Order Cancellation Policy

At Shimmer Me, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you. Please review our cancellation policy below.

How to Cancel an Order:

• Timing:
  You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order processing begins, and cancellations may not be possible.

• To Cancel:
  Email us at orders.shimmerme@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request." Please include your full name and any other relevant information to help us locate your order quickly.

• After 24 Hours:
  If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, the order may have already been processed or shipped. In this case, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can still return the item once it arrives by following our Returns & Exchanges process.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

• Refund Processing:
  Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

• Order Already Shipped?
  If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You can return the item for a refund after it arrives. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
