1. What kind of t-shirts do you sell?
We sell high-quality Bella+Canvas t-shirts that are soft, comfortable, and designed to fit perfectly. Our tees feature fun, trendy designs for holidays and special occasions, and we offer matching accessories to complete your look!
2. What sizes do your shirts come in?
Our t-shirts are available in a wide range of sizes, typically from Small to 3XL. Size availability may vary depending on the design. Please check the product page for specific sizing information.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Standard USPS shipping takes 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

4. Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including all 52 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. However, we do not offer direct exchanges. You’ll need to return the item and place a new order.

6. How do I care for my t-shirts?
To ensure the longevity of your t-shirt:
- Machine wash cold with like colors.
- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
- Do not bleach, and avoid ironing directly on the design.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package and monitor its delivery status.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@shimmerme.org. Unfortunately, once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

9. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
