What is Shop The Rewards?

Shop The Rewards is our way of saying thank you! Earn points for shopping, referring friends, and engaging with our site. Use these points to unlock discounts on future purchases—the more points you collect, the more you save!


How do I join?

If you already have a Shimmer Me account, you’re automatically enrolled with 250 points waiting in your account! New here? Sign up at the top of this page to start earning rewards today.


I made a purchase but wasn’t a rewards member. Can I still earn points?

Absolutely! You have 3 days from the date of purchase to join our rewards program and claim those points.


How do I earn points?

Earn points by:

  • Creating an account
  • Signing up for email or text updates
  • Following us on social media
  • Referring friends
  • Making purchases

How do I check my point balance?

Simply log in to your account, and your point balance will be visible at the top of every page.


Is there a limit to the points I can earn?

Nope! The more you shop and share, the more you earn. Just remember: points expire 1 year after your most recent purchase.


What do 'Approved,' 'Pending,' and 'Canceled' points mean?

  • Approved: These points are ready for you to use.
  • Pending: Points earned from purchases or referrals have a 30-day waiting period before approval.
  • Canceled: Points won’t be added if a purchase is canceled or returned.

I placed an order, but I don’t see any pending points. Why?

Orders paid with gift cards or store credit do not earn loyalty points.


How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account to redeem points as gift cards: $5, $10, $20, or $40. These gift cards can be used alongside other discounts or gift cards. If you return an item, your points will be reimbursed as a gift card.


Is there a limit to how many points I can use at once?

Yes, you can use up to 20,000 points ($40) per order.


When do my points expire?

Your points will expire 1 year after your most recent purchase.


Can I refer a friend?

Of course! Find your referral link in your Rewards dashboard and share it however you’d like (except on coupon or deal sites).


What if my friend cancels or returns their order?

If a referred friend cancels or returns their purchase, the pending points from their order will be removed from your account.


Why did my points balance decrease?

Points may be deducted if you or someone you referred cancels or returns an order. Points may also expire 1 year after your most recent purchase.


I completed an activity but didn’t earn points. What happened?

It can take a few minutes to process activities and update your points. If it’s been over 7 business days, contact us at help@shimmerme.org.


How do points work when there’s change involved?

We use standard rounding: amounts $0.50 and above round up, while amounts $0.49 or below round down.


How do I leave the rewards program?

If you’d like to leave, email us at help@shimmerme.org. Note: Leaving the program will erase your points balance.


What happens if I rejoin after leaving?

If you rejoin, your points start at zero, so consider staying with us to keep your hard-earned rewards!
